This contemporary holiday cottage is purpose-built to provide you with all the comforts of a home away from home. Two spacious bedrooms each have their own unique bathroom, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and generous open plan living areas.

Luxury Waipara Accommodation

With two generous bedrooms, each with individually styled bathroom, Dry Paddocks can accommodate two couples, or one couple and two singles. Choose between a queen sized bed and bathroom with luxurious French bathtub, or a super king bed (can be split into two singles) and bathroom with a large walk through shower.

The bathrooms feature heated towel rails, hair dryers, heaters, bathrobes and New Zealand made Evolu toiletries. Feather pillows and quality linen ensure a good nights sleep.

Fully self-contained, the open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with basic pantry items. The dining area opens onto sunny decks and private outdoor courtyards with alfresco dining and a gas barbecue. Breakfast provisions which are included in the tariff, include local manuka smoked bacon, free range eggs, tomatoes, homemade muesli and yogurt, a seasonal fruit dish, fruit juice, ready to bake croissants and Rachel Scott bread.

The heated swimming pool is available in summer, and swimming towels, sunhats and sun-screen are all provided.
