Almost anyone can learn to fly and only a basic level of fitness is required, yet some certain medical restrictions may apply. You are advised to contact the Total Experience customer service centre to discuss any medical conditions.

Flight time is dependant on weather conditions but averages 20 minutes. Pre-flight briefing takes about five minutes. Don’t forget to bring your camera!

Bus services run to Sumner and the Gondola base station at regular intervals from the Lichfield Street terminus and you can arrange to be picked up. Spectators are welcome to view from the ground and watch as you take off and land.
